Todays blog post is a very special one. One year ago today I started my Fashion and Lifestyle blog! It’s so crazy it’s been a year already but at the same time it feels like its been so much longer. One year ago today I sit in my bedroom about to hit the publish button. I had no knowledge of blogging or creating a website. I watched so many YouTube videos and read so many other blogs before starting my own. I have always loved fashion and sharing my passion for it with my family and friends. I have always wanted to start a fashion blog and share my outfits and overall life.
I remember spending so much time designing my logo and website before making it public. I remember being so excited to go shoot my first blog post outfits. I remember being thrilled about writing my first blog post. And I still am. I love designing my website, planning outfits and talking to you guys every week. I was so excited and nervous at the same time about starting my blog and I couldn’t be happier I did it. I am proud of myself and grateful for what I have accomplished so far and excited for what is to come!

Every little accomplishment feels so huge when you have passion behind what you’re doing. I wanted to celebrate this milestone in my life. I have learned so much during the past year about myself and blogging. I have discovered new traits about myself that only come when you find something that you feel so strongly about that you burn with passion. I wanted to make today special and celebrate my accomplishments. I also baked a chocolate cake with vanilla frosting with sprinkles on top. Here is the recipe I used. Seriously the easiest recipe ever, it takes only 5 mins! Super simple and delicious!
